The referred person must be notified and consented to their details being passed to HABIL Consultants India Pvt. Ltd. For this scheme before the date of referral. This is the responsibility of the referee and is subject to Data Protection Act, 1998. The referee will indemnify HABIL Consultants India Pvt. Ltd.for any loss or claim arising out of the referee’s failure to procure such consent.
Candidates can only be referred to HABIL Consultants India Pvt.Ltd. once. In an event of a candidate being referred to HABIL Consultants India Pvt.Ltd. more than once, only the first person to refer that candidate to HABIL(with the referred person’s permission) will be eligible for referral incentive under this scheme.
There is no limit to number of referrals made to HABIL Consultants India Pvt. Ltd.
HABIL Consultants India Pvt. Ltd.shall require your details viz., name, email id, contact number for record keeping, these details shall not be shared with anyone.
It is the referee’s responsibility to contactHABIL Consultants India Pvt. Ltd. inorder to claim their referral incentive.
Incentive is due only on initial placement further placements are excluded.
All ancillary cost/local and other taxes will be charged as applicable. Incentive will be payable after TDS.
Any Tax liability arising from the incentive received by the referee under this scheme will be the responsibility of the referee and not of HABIL Consultants India Pvt. Ltd.
The referee will be eligible for incentive only in the next billing cycle of HABIL Consultants India Pvt. Ltd. receiving the payment from the client and successful completion of 90 days of service of successful placement of the referred candidate, whichever is later.
HABIL Consultants India Pvt. Ltd.reserves the right to alter the conditions of the referral scheme or cancel the scheme without written notice.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of HABIL Consultants India Pvt.Ltd.shall be final and binding.
HABIL Consultants India Pvt.Ltd. reserves the right to request the eligible referee to provide identity proof to claim referral incentive.
By participating in the scheme the referee agrees to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
